Ritu’s guided sessions are an invitation to open, to feel and to reconnect with your inner clarity and strength.
A trained dancer and instructor in the performing arts, Ritu is continually exploring new forms of movement and teaching.
Currently deepening her practice through Ashtanga Yoga and with an affinity for martial arts, she brings a sense of discipline, dynamism, and curiosity into her work—both on and off the mat.
